Timothy O'Keefe, Esq.

Tim O’Keefe is a founding principal of Kenny, O’Keefe & Usseglio, P.C. and is Board Certified as a Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  Tim represents clients in wrongful death and serious personal injury matters.  He also represents victims of crime in criminal court proceedings, civil litigation and with claims before Connecticut’s Crime Victim Compensation Commission.

Tim serves on the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) and also serves on the Executive Committee of the CTLA.  Tim is also a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association, the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Hartford County Bar Association (HCBA).  He is a member of the HCBA’s Bench-Bar Committee.  He is also a member of the AAJ Small Firm and Solo Practitioner Committee.

Tim volunteers for the H.E.L.P. Program, where he provides pro bono legal services to people at area homeless shelters and soup kitchens.  Tim also volunteers for the Sandwich Ministry through St. Patrick-St. Anthony Church in Hartford, Connecticut.  He serves as the Vice President of the West Hartford (CT) Little League.  He is currently the Treasurer of the Friends of Hall Baseball, a booster club for the Hall High School (West Hartford, CT) Baseball Program.  He has also served on the West Hartford Human Rights Commission.
