Trial of Child Sex Abuse Case Ends In $1.2 Million Settlement

On September 16, 2011, Attorneys Richard Kenny and Kristen Kenney of Kenny, O'Keefe & Usseglio, P.C. successfully concluded a trial in a child sex abuse case at Bridgeport Superior Court with a substantial settlement.  Just prior to the commencment of the third day of testimony in the trial, the parties in the case announced that they had reached a $1.2 million settlement.  The attorneys at Kenny, O'Keefe & Usseglio, P.C. have been prosecuting this case for close to four years.
