St. Francis Hospital Child Sex Abuse Case to Proceed to Trial in March 2011

At a status conference held at Waterbury Superior Court on November 16, 2009, Judge William Cremins confirmed that the first St. Francis Hospital Child Sex Abuse cases will proceed to trial in March 2011. Judge Cremins has put very tight time deadlines on the trial preparation schedule so that these cases can proceed to trial in an orderly fashion.

The law firm of Kenny, O'Keefe & Usseglio, P.C., working with Attorney Susan Smith, is currently representing over 60 people who were sexually abused at St. Francis Hospital when they were children.
