$2 Million Prejudgment Remedy Ordered by Court in Child Sex Abuse Case

On September 14, 2009, Judge Barbra Bellis ordered a $2 million attachment in connection with a child sex abuse case. The plaintiff in the case is represented by Richard Kenny and Kristen Kenney of Kenny, O'Keefe & Usseglio, P.C. in Hartford, Connecticut. The order was made after a multi-day contested hearing at Bridgeport Superior Court.
