On October 13, 2009, Judge Mary Burgdorff issued a written decision granting an Application for Prejudgment Remedy in the amount of $750,000.00 against the defendant, Martin Catalano of Middletown, Connecticut in favor of one of our clients.  The claim arises out of the defendant's sexual abuse of our client when he was a small child.  The defendant met our client through the Nutmeg Big Brothers/Big Sisters program.  Judge Burgdorff issued the order after a hearing at Middletown Superior Court.  The plaintiff is represented by Timothy L.
