Rick Kenny Speaks at Crime Victims Seminar

On June 19, 2009, the Office of the Victim Advocate sponsored the first annual "Best Practices of Advocating for Crime Victims" seminar in Hartford. Kenny, O'Keefe & Usseglio, P.C. partner, Richard J. Kenny, participated in the panel discussion which was held at the Connecticut Legislative Office Building. This seminar provided a networking opportunity for victim advocates, as well as a chance to meet key players in the criminal justice system. Mr. Kenny spoke about his vast experience in representing crime victims in civil actions.
