Rick Kenny and Tim O'Keefe, two of the founding partners of Kenny, O'Keefe & Usseglio, P.C., have been designated as "Connecticut Super Lawyers" by Connecticut Super Lawyers 2010 magazine in the area of Personal Injury Plaintiff: Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Plaintiff, General.  Mr. Kenny was also designated a "Connecticut Super Lawyer" in the same areas by Connecticut Super Lawyers 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 magazines.  Mr. O'Keefe was also selected in 2009.

The selection process for Connecticut Super Lawyers was conducted by Law & Politics.  Law & Politics invited over 14,000 attorneys to participate in the nominating process.  In addition, they conducted their own independent candidate search and evaluation of the candidates.  There was also a peer evaluation performed.  The final selection process included selecting attorneys in several distinct practice areas.
